Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Assist in the development of client communication strategies and materials. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and drive business growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or client support. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Leadership and negotiation skills are a plus. 6. Motivated and confident personality traits are essential.
