Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Representative to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. This is a remote part-time position based in George Town, Penang, MY, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide assistance and guidance to clients on our products and services, ensuring they have a positive experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively assist clients. 6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through proactive communication and problem-solving. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the client support team by sharing feedback and ideas for process improvements. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.


Requirements: 1. 0 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with a strong desire to help clients succeed. 3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Effective time management and multitasking abilities. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
