Job Description:
S P Setia Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work capabilities. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support and should possess the personality traits of being confident and independent. Soft skills such as leadership and time management are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations in a timely manner - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well independently and in a team environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
