Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
