Job Description:


MISC Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and possess strong presentation and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company protocols and guidelines for handling customer interactions - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center support - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
