Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Entry Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Providing accurate information about products or services to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Inputting customer data and maintaining accurate records in the company database - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Excellent time management and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
