Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Summary: MISC Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Contact Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time remote position requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services 3. Follow company policies and procedures for handling confidential information 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality and productivity 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience 8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication 7. Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup for remote work
