UEM Sunrise Berhad is looking for a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
As the Contact Center Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of our contact center, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service to all our clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of contact center agents, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, you will also be responsible for analyzing data and generating reports to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will need to have a strong understanding of contact center technology and be able to identify and implement process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you should be energetic and motivated, with excellent research and time management skills. You should also have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
