Job Description:


S P Setia Berhad is looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote work basis in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries. 3. Process customer orders and requests efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Utilize company databases and systems to input and update customer information accurately. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. 4. Persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
