Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dynamic Contact Center Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and energetic individual with excellent people management and planning skills.

As a Contact Center Officer, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers to provide excellent customer service - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Participating in training sessions to improve customer service skills - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
