Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be conducted remotely from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Contact Center Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Adhering to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
