Job Description:
Media Prima Berhad is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, confident, and looking to gain experience in the media industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product and service-related questions, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system. 4. Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude when faced with challenges. 5. Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones.
