Job Description:


Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a harmonious working environment.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 5. Team player with a focus on collaboration. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
