Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, this role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to better serve customers. 7. Assist in creating customer care strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles. 3. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, and other relevant tools. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively. 7. Ability to cooperate with team members and collaborate across departments to achieve common goals.
