Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate level, perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and support to customers with any issues or concerns they may have - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team setting
