Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

As a Customer Care Associate for Sunway Construction Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This part-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer care role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Participate in training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed customer care goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and innovation in addressing customer needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Knowledge of construction industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
