Job Description:


Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team remotely in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a customer care role and demonstrate a high level of resourcefulness and hard work. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing strategic planning to improve our customer care processes.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to improve their skills. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a customer care role. 2. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning skills. 4. Attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively. 7. Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
