Job Description:
As a Customer Care Officer at IOI Corporation Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a remote work setting. Your primary duties will include resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing orders and returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Strive to meet and exceed customer care targets and KPIs
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
