Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and concerns. 3. Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 7. Uphold company policies and standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Strong persuasion and analysis skills. 6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. 7. Previous experience in a customer care role is preferred.
