Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs - Effectively communicate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions

Requirements: - Energetic and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent
