Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have a stable internet connection.
