Job Description:
Maxis Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 3. Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to improve customer service. 7. Assist in planning and implementing customer service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Resourceful and adaptable to changing customer needs. 3. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
