Job Description: As a Customer Service Associate for Malaysia Airlines Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, assisting with booking reservations, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, offering part-time hours at the Associate level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process booking reservations and make changes to existing reservations as needed. 3. Assist passengers with flight arrangements, including seat assignments and special requests. 4. Address customer complaints with empathy and strive to resolve issues to their satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Excellent persuasion skills to influence customers and resolve conflicts. 3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and online booking systems. 5. Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
