Job Description:


Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will require at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Use critical thinking skills to resolve customer complaints and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide the best possible service to customers.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 6. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
