Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is looking for a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess strong cooperation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations
