Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and dedicated attitude to handle a variety of customer inquiries. 2. Strong analysis and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
