Job Description:


UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, on a part-time remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing and improving the overall customer experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 3. Monitor customer interactions and resolve any escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to inform strategy and decision-making.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the real estate industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team-building and development. 5. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 6. Persuasion skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing priorities.
