Job Description:
Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Manager for a remote work opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service delivery. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. 5. Develop training programs for customer service staff to improve their communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement in customer service operations. 7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer service initiatives with business objectives. 8. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the customer service team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent project management skills. 5. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely. 8. Visa sponsorship, Paid overtime, and Relocation allowance provided by the company. 9.
