Job Description:
Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer - Remote Work. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to team goals and objectives to meet customer satisfaction targets. 8. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and understanding. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity without direct supervision. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
