Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Proton Holdings Berhad, a leading automotive company based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree preferred
