Job Description:
Proton Holdings Berhad, a leading automotive company based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote work opportunity, this position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a valuable part of our customer service team.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and satisfaction levels - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree preferred
