Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Representative at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions - Accurately record customer information and interactions in the database - Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer service processes and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual with strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Leadership qualities to lead customer service interactions and provide guidance to team members - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
