Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at AirAsia Group Berhad. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling difficult situations with customers - High school diploma or equivalent
