Job Description:


S P Setia Berhad is seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Provide support for account management, including updating customer information and processing payments. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service quality. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Associate level degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 5. Proficient in research and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
