Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


PPB Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including email, phone, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and growth - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer success metrics - Conduct regular customer check-ins to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Monitor customer usage data and provide insights to the team for continuous improvement - Assist in the onboarding of new customers and provide training and support as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
