Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and objectives - Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Work closely with sales and product teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements - Develop and deliver customer success strategies, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer retention and revenue growth

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and energetic with a can-do attitude - Strong time management and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
