Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer for remote work at Hilton in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through personalized service and support. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and no experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and assistance. 2. Provide guidance and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services. 3. Address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 7. Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our products.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 2. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems effectively. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
