Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

As a Customer Success Officer at Digi.Com Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This is a remote part-time position based in George Town, Penang, with the flexibility to work from home.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products and services meets customer expectations - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize customer value - Monitor customer accounts and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement - Track customer feedback and trends to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing customer experience - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Proven track record of achieving customer success objectives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and dedicated with a customer-focused mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing issues - Innovative thinker with strong time management skills
