Job Description:
Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Monitor customer usage and satisfaction levels to proactively identify opportunities for improvement. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer success strategies and drive customer retention. 4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. 6. Provide training and support to customers on our products and services. 7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a remote team environment. 5. Proven track record of customer success. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
