Job Description: Petronas is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support. We are looking for a resourceful and energetic individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work well in a team setting.
Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely fashion - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy - Follow company policies and procedures at all times - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite - Comfortable working in a remote environment - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Energetic and positive attitude towards customer interactions
