Job Description:
Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional customer service. 2. Establish and maintain customer support processes to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. 3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentoring to improve team productivity and service quality. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Develop and implement training programs for customer support representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably managing a team of customer support representatives. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Resilient and confident personality traits. 6. Ability to work collaboratively and creatively with cross-functional teams. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
