Job Description:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to provide excellent customer service - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support processes and recommend solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and analyze customer support metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Participate in the hiring and training of new customer support team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in people management and project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
