Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of independence and be resourceful in solving customer issues efficiently.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide reports to management as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer support management with a minimum of 6 years. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. 6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is a plus.
