Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our remote team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions - Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve our products and services - Meet and exceed customer support metrics and KPIs

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
