Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently - Process orders and returns - Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
