Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Hilton in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering a high level of service.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving guest issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Providing assistance with reservations, cancellations, and modifications. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Following company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery. 7. Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle difficult situations. 3. Adaptability to work remotely and independently. 4. Hardworking attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 6. Negotiation skills to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
