Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative at Axiata Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. This remote work position will require you to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations in a calm and professional manner. 3. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 8. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 5. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
