Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support and possess excellent communication and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, issues, and escalations. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns. 7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 9. Meet or exceed customer support KPIs and targets.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 7. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team setting. 8. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
