Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Perodua is looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, motivated, skilled in strategic planning, and possess strong cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, account management, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-ups - Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services - Contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
