Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Follow company guidelines and procedures when handling customer interactions

Requirements: - Energetic and confident attitude - Strong presentation and communication skills - High emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
