Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer queries and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor and respond to chat inquiries promptly to maximize customer satisfaction. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and research skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
